Machines have no empathy. We can program systems to analyze data. We can create settings which will trigger alerts; but machines will never have the sympathetic ear or the kind voice that our clients desperately need when things go haywire.
Those of us at Bergen County Notary & Document have been successful in the legal support space because we listen to our clients to fully understand their needs, and personally communicate detailed updates during the process to avoid miscommunication.
We don't feel that clients should be uploading sensitive, confidential legal documents to unfamiliar companies, only to receive standardized auto-reply e-mail updates, while never speaking to an actual person. How helpful is that when things do not go as planned, as they often can?
