Out-of-State Service (One State to Another) Please Call for Rate. We are Out-Of-State Case Specialists quite familiar with Rules of Civil Procedure for jurisdictions nationwide. Please call with more information about your potential assignment. In addition to federal cases, we regularly serve papers for cases filed in federal courts, Arizona, California, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and elsewhere.
New Address Locate (Bad Address) $25 Only for in-progress jobs if an incorrect address adds meaningful time or requires an alternate out-of-area process server or new job #. If you are not confident in the address you are providing us, please let us know early on.
Service Upon Government & Municipal Entities State and local agencies and authorities, borough halls, boards of education, police and sheriff departments, and more. Please ask about rates for service on inmates at correctional facilities.
Bulk Service (Same Time and Place) $35 for each additional entity when served at the same time and location.
Printing Fee When we print more than 50 pages there will be a $0.10 per page cost.
New Jersey Waiting Time $125 hourly Flat Rate, notwithstanding the reason for the time being spent or the outcome. Two-hour minimums. These fees are in addition to any attempt or service fees listed above. Please phone to ask about availability. If requested, any time spent in the state of New York is charged $200 for the first hour; $175 per hour thereafter.
Skip Tracing & Social Media Searches [Please Call] We can gather evidence and work to determine the whereabouts of individuals related to your case who are evasive, missing, or may have defaulted on a debt. Additionally, we can often locate property owners for real estate investors or municipalities. We at all times comply with the FDCPA and other relevant consumer protection laws that are in place.
Certified Mail, Registered Return Receipt If the filing state requires it, or we agree it would enhance or ensure due diligence, USPS Certified or Registered Mail with return receipt is an additional option.

Witness or Other Subpoena Fees for Respondents Cases requiring disbursement by us of $250.00 or more will be subject to a $15.00 surcharge. Disbursement of less than $250.00 will add a $7.50 surcharge.
